A Multidisciplinary Perspective
Most people arranging commercial debt have seen the transaction from exactly one seat. ITCP was built on the view that seeing it from three changes what gets caught, what gets argued for, and what does not get promised.

Four Decades Across Three Disciplines
Rick Clark founded Iron Trust Capital Partners around a simple idea: commercial financing is stronger when the person structuring the debt understands not only capital markets, but the physical asset and the lender’s credit perspective as well.
His forty-year background spans mortgage banking, building and construction, and direct lending. That combination produces a practical way of looking at a request — from the borrower’s goals and the property-level realities through to leverage, debt service, lender appetite, diligence and closing execution.
In practice it means a construction budget gets a second look from someone who has actually built. It means a credit committee’s objection is anticipated rather than discovered. And it means you get told early when a deal does not work, rather than after ninety days in market.

Annalisa Tomicic
Annalisa Tomicic is a recent Baylor Graduate who approaches business and operations around a simple idea: growth is strongest when the person building client relationships also understands the assets, the budget, and the day-to-day realities behind them.
Her background spans business development and marketing, high-value asset and inventory management, and administrative oversight of client finances and investments. That combination gives her a practical way to look at a business — from client acquisition and outreach to asset protection, budget accuracy, and the pipeline reporting that ties growth back to the numbers.
Experience across real estate, luxury retail, and motorsports operations sharpened her ability to manage risk and value at scale, from $50,000 in retail inventory to a $1.5M portfolio of performance assets. Based in Houston, Annalisa brings that cross-industry perspective to every client relationship and operational challenge she takes on.
The ITCP Approach
- 01
A principal on the file
No routing to a junior who has to check. The person quoting the transaction is the person accountable for being right about it.
- 02
Early assessment of viability
Larger shops have an incentive to keep a transaction alive. We would rather say in three days that it does not work, and set out exactly what would have to change, than take it to market and cost you a quarter.
- 03
Assessment of the asset, not only the file
Construction budgets, rent rolls and deferred maintenance are examined before submission, so that issues are addressed in advance of lender review rather than during it.
